Miss Nigeria Diaspora Europe is an annual pageant that celebrates the rich heritage, culture, and beauty of Nigeria while empowering Nigerian women in the diaspora to pursue their dreams.
More than just a beauty pageant, MNDE is a movement—a platform where young Nigerian women living in Europe showcase their talent, intelligence, and ambition. Through a month-long competition featuring modeling, talent, culture, sports, and leadership challenges, contestants gain the confidence, skills, and visibility needed to become role models, advocates, and change-makers.
The journey culminates in a spectacular Final Gala Night in Paris, France, where the winner is crowned and embarks on a year-long reign as a cultural ambassador for Nigeria. She represents the nation on international platforms, engages in charity work, promotes inclusivity, and leverages the philanthropic power of the MNDE platform to champion causes that uplift women and children.
At its core, MNDE is about empowerment. We believe that every contestant—whether crowned or not—is a Woman on a Mission, encouraged to lead initiatives that promote culture, advocacy, and social impact. Through scholarships, mentorship, and strategic partnerships, we equip these young women with the tools they need to create meaningful change in their communities.

Our Project
Miss Nigeria Diaspora Europe Organisation has chosen to focus on education for girls as its official project. Despite progress in many areas, there are still millions of girls in Nigeria denied access to education due to religious beliefs, cultural traditions, and poverty. We believe that every girl child has the right to education, including formal schooling and comprehensive sexual health education. And by raising awareness on this issue we believe that we can cause a ripple effect that would make people, businesses and communities work towards a positive change.
The Challenge
7.6 million girls are out of school in Nigeria. The impact of this is a life time sentence to suffering, abuse and poverty for these girls.
• No education means these girls will have no means to support themselves and live with increased risk of child marriage, early childbearing, gender based violence, discrimination, and poor health outcomes for both girls and their children.
• Lack of skills for meaningful employment, and high unemployment rates equals continued poverty.
• Intergenerational poverty and inequality, high fertility rates, and a stalled demographic dividend to drive economic growth and prosperity.

What We are looking for

– Applicants must be Nigerian (by citizenship or heritage)
– Female.
– Must be more than 18 years old.
– Resident in any of the European countries.
– Have a good command of English (spoken & written).
– Have a passion for making a difference.
– Of good character & no criminal record.
🗣️ In addition to embodying the essence of Nigerian pride and culture, Miss Nigeria Diaspora Europe carries a powerful humanitarian goal: To champion the ‘Educate Her’ initiative, an ambitious project dedicated to advocating for and promoting girls’ education in Nigeria.
The funds raised by our efforts will be directed toward this initiative, with the goal of sponsoring and reintegrating out-of-school girls into school in Nigeria, providing essential resources, advocacy, and community support to break barriers to education.
